Returns & Exchanges

At Be Fashion, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused, unworn, and in original condition

    • With all original tags, labels, and packaging intact

  • Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons (e.g., earrings, undergarments, cosmetics, and home fragrance items).


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.  If your order included free shipping, a standard shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If an item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

  • We will cover all return shipping costs for approved cases.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Be Fashion is not responsible for lost return packages.


How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at be@befashiononline.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and authorization.

  3. Ship your item back within 7 days of receiving authorization.


Final Sale Items

  • Clearance, final sale, and applicable promotional items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.


Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
