Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons (e.g., earrings, undergarments, cosmetics, and home fragrance items).
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect. If your order included free shipping, a standard shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If an item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
